Projects Manager

Job description

To lead multiple sites to execute projects in timely and safe manner in order to achieve Customer satisfaction. To act as a bridge between Organization and Customer and fulfill their expectations. To achieve synergy of operations amongst multiple sites.

Responsibilities

  • Timely completion of all projects as per project plan through optimal use of resources (manpower & material).
  • Engage with external stakeholders of all sites and facilitate smooth project execution.
  • Make sure that both Organization and Customer adhere to the contract terms.
  • Put up facts with context, in case of discretionary matters, to facilitate Management decision making.
  • Ensure account receivables from Customers are within Organization prescribed limits.
  • Scout and appoint suitable local sub-contractors to facilitate site(s) execution.
  • Ensure sales team committed plant performance parameters are actually achieved before handing over plant to the Customer.
  • Build inter-site synergies for optimal use of resources (manpower & material).

Knowledge

  • Graduate or Diploma in engineering with 14 to 18 years of relevant work experience.
  • Techno-commercial knowledge of site operations.
  • Statutory compliance, Labour laws and Taxation.
